Before beginning our removal and organization, we will create a list of categories with you. The items that go into each category will be easier to find this way. Sometimes items can go into multiple categories. We aim to make it easy to find and store for easy retrieval. Labels are provided.

Before we do any work, we take as many photos as possible to show the state of everything.
Items that have been noticeably damaged prior to moving item from it's location, we take pictures of and share with a times stamp through text messaging to ourself.
Later we will share with client in order to safeguard our reputation as a professional company.
If we happen to damage any property, we will take pictures and alert owner as soon as it happens. We are insured and will replace items we may have been negligent with.
